- Born on the Island of Elba, also known as the Pearl of the Tuscan archipelago, Riccardo Parlanti, known artistically as CHUBE, is a musician, composer and multi-instrumentalist with a Rock background. After a trip to Goa in India in 1998 he developed a strong interest in electronic music and began to experiment with new sounds with the first software such as Cubase and Ableton Live. Riccardo Parlanti's solo project was born after moving to the Canary Islands in 2009 for his passion for surfing and windsurfing, in fact, it bears the name of FUERTEVENTURA DEEP SOUND and moves stylistically between Melodic Techno and Progressive House. CHUBE uses his guitar and synthesizer to create live loops during his set, mixing all these samples and loops gives shape to a vibrant and energetic groove that transports the spectator while he plays in the most evocative and remote places of Fuerteventura.
